Rates, Fees, and Forms

Investigations are normally charged at an hourly rate. The hourly rate is $110 per hour per investigator ($150 per hour per investigator for Medicare cases). A signed retainer agreement must be received before any investigation is commenced. If you choose to retain Armando Zatarain Investigations, please print, sign and date the hourly retainer agreement (see Downloads below) and send it along with a copy of your driver's license and retainer fee to Armando Zatarain Investigations, 220 Newport Center Drive, Suite 2, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

On a case by case basis, a flat fee may be negotiated for a specific investigation. Please feel free to discuss this with Armando Zatarain.
